Atlantis Malt Series by Boortmalt
Atlantis, a mythical island
The golden age of agriculture, symbolized by the lush Atlantis, a mythical island which was located somewhere off the Mediterranean Sea.
This mysterious land was ahead of its time and its inhabitants would have fled throughout the world, and participated in the development of the first civilizations thanks to their knowledge.
Boortmalt wishes to reopen the era of innovation, creativity and far-thinking in the golden age of agriculture, symbolized by the lush Atlantis, a mythical island which was truly ahead of its time, and its inhabitants participated in the development of the first civilizations thanks to its exclusive knowledge.
Atlantis, this new series of malts, is inspired by and pays homage to the mythological heroes of the Kingdom of Atlantis.
The range of Malts
Cádiz, one of the Capital cities of the mythical Kingdoms of Atlantis was, and still is, a haven of sweetness... and surf!Â
Cádiz – the Sweet is made with 100% Tritordeum and provides brewers with a unique malt specialty featuring a distinctive, honey-like fruit-forward flavour profile..
Cérès, known as the Goddess of Agriculture, is often represented holding a sheaf of cereals and a torch. Without even knowing it (yet) she was the first experimenting on our Tritordeum Crystal Malts !
Cérès - the Fiery is a series of unique crystal malts that have a very intense chocolate and nutty taste. These light, medium, and dark Crystal malts are truly beautiful, and so was Cérès !
First king of Atlantis, Atlas was a true Titan!
Our masters of Malt made it possible to boost and preserve the enzymatic power and distinctive taste of Tritordeum while upgrading it to a food compliant product, making it a true powerful King of Food.
Emblematic and mythical creature of Atlantis, Peryton was a semi god, half stag half bird.
Our Peryton Malt is a true creature in the malt landscape. We created a unique blend of Tritordeum malt and Munich malt that will give a special sweetness and crispiness to your beers.
