Cádiz-the sweet is a Tritordeum-based malt, an alternative to barley or wheat malts in brewing.
Tritordeum is a cereal combining durum (Triticum durum) and wild barley (Hordeum chilense) originated from Latin America. It is not a Genetically Modified Organism. (GMO)
Its malt has a natural copper color, and sweet/nutty flavor.
Its nutritional profile is unique, when compared to wheat:
Tritordeum contains gluten. It is not suitable for celiacs.
Keep below 20ºC and close bag after use. Shelf life up to 12 months.
