After almost 12 months of 🔎 research and development between Vivagran and Boortmalt, the hidden ✨power of Tritordeum for malt application has been released. The result, a fully packed enzymatic and aromatic malt series that will be offered to innovative 🍺 brewers and 🥃 distillers.
“CADIZ – the sweet“, is the first malt ingredient of this new series, and characterized by:
- Low EBC, and Beta-glucan
- High Diastatic power, Extract and Notes of sweet, honey, malt and nutty
This new malt will be distributed by Boortmalt from September 2023.
